Prepare your shurikens and sharpen those daggers because Japan is in the midst of a national crisis, and the only hope lies with the ninjas in Netflix’s gripping new Drama series. Fortunately, these stealthy warriors have remained hidden for years, but when duty calls, the dysfunctional Tamara ninja family must emerge from the shadows to save the day.

If the premise has already captured your interest, the new trailer (included below) will surely escalate your anticipation. Netflix unveiled “House of Ninjas” back in 2022, presenting an enticing storyline: focusing on the eccentric Tamara family, the last of the ninja lineage in Japan, who retired their ninjatōs following a mysterious past event. However, when Japan faces its greatest peril yet, they must shed their anonymity and prepare to face the looming threat.

Described by Netflix as a fusion of espionage-laden ninja missions and a family drama brimming with vibrant characters, “House of Ninjas” resembles a live-action interpretation of The Incredibles, albeit with a twist – the family members are adept assassins. The trailer hints at a playful exploration of the dichotomy between ordinary life and their covert personas.

Crafted from the imagination of Kento Kaku, Yoshiaki Murao, and Takafumi Imai, and brought to life by American director Dave Boyle, the series boasts a talented ensemble cast including Kento Kaku, Yosuke Eguchi, Tae Kimura, Kengo Kora, Aju Makita, and Nobuko Miyamoto.

Audiences can expect an unconventional ninja spectacle filled with suspense and lightning-fast action sequences from the esteemed streaming service. The wait is nearly over as “House of Ninjas” premieres globally on Netflix on February 15th, promising an exhilarating viewing experience for fans worldwide.
